Its MIDI compatible, dissassemblable, and the nylon strings are replaceable.The outermost 5 rows of keys are mapped to the colored buttons in a standard Rock Band controller.
If you already have old guitars and still want to use them, the Rock Band 3 Wireless Keyboard Controller is available as a bundle with the Rock Band 3 game. Wanting to have the actual feel of a MIDI keyboard, it has 22 keys and two octaves. Rock Band 3 Wireless Keyboard Controller can also be used as a bass or guitar in previous Rock Bands provifef that you’re a good keyboardist.
