Apple Computer founder Steve Jobs is now recovering after undergoing a liver transplant operation at a Memphis, Tennessee hospital.
Doctors from the hospital where the operation took place stated that Mr Jobs is in recovery and has an “excellent prognosis”. The doctor adds that Jobs was the most ill of all the patients on the hospital’s waiting list when the organ was donated. The date of the operation was not disclosed.
Steve Jobs, aside from being co-founding of Apple Inc. with Steve Wozniak, is also a former CEO of Pixar Animation Studios.
